Flanner's goal has been and continues to be providing a safe and comfortable experience for all customers and employees. Per the CDC's recent guidance, Flanner's will no longer require customers and employees who have been fully vaccinated to wear a face mask in our stores. Fully vaccinated is defined as two weeks after a person received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or two weeks after a person received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. It will be assumed that any customer or employee who chooses not to wear a face mask has been fully vaccinated. Masks are still encouraged for those individuals who are not fully vaccinated, and anyone that feels more comfortable wearing one. Our delivery, installation, and repair teams upon entering a home will ask and follow the customer's preference for the team to wear a mask. Flanner's will continue increased cleaning and safety measures throughout our stores to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
STORE VISITS
We introduced rigorous additional cleaning of our showroom. Displays, workstations and common areas are being wiped down often. We have updated hours to ensure thorough cleaning of our showroom. The size of our showroom ensures that you can easily shop safely without interaction with others. Our sales professionals are taking extra precaution to sanitize and will practice social distancing when interacting with customers. Additionally, the number of shoppers in the store rarely reaches the 10 person threshold recommended by CDC.
