Price Policy
Flanner’s commitment to our customers means you’ll NEVER have to pay more to shop with us. We’ll match any competitor’s price on an identical product. We simply verify the competitor’s sale price and see that they have the item in stock. Already made a purchase with us and see it for less? If you find a lower price on an identical product you purchased from us within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference. All you do is save!
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the original purchase date. An original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price adjustments, and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals and packing materials included. Refunds are made by check or credit card within 14 business days of return date.
Exceptions to this policy include:
• Labor, installation services, and custom made cables are non-returnable.
• There is a 25% restocking fee on all special order items.
• Any products purchased where a mail-in rebate was offered will have the
rebate amount deducted from the refund.
• Any products returned or exchanged without a corresponding promotional
item (buy product, get free Gift Card, free DVD player, etc.) will have the value of
the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
• All personal electronics are not covered by this policy.
